Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the European Union.

Order processing time is typically 1–3 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier for delivery.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. All prices include VAT where applicable.

Please note that delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, force majeure events, or local delivery issues.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the carrier is responsible for delivery. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs for re-delivery.
