Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with any original seals intact where applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

You may request a return or exercise your right of withdrawal through your customer account (where available) or by contacting us at info@noyraessentials.com. Returns must be requested before any items are sent back. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned where permitted by applicable law. This includes sealed personal care or cosmetic products that have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, or gift cards.

Sale items may not be eligible for return unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return has been accepted, place a new order.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical store. If the value of the goods has been diminished because they were handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may reduce the refund to reflect that loss in value where permitted by applicable law.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Order cancellations

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been fulfilled. Requests may be submitted through the customer account (where available) or by contacting us at info@noyraessentials.com. Once an order has been fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible, but eligible items may still be returned in accordance with this policy.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Refunds include the purchase price of the returned products. Original standard outbound shipping charges will be refunded where required by applicable law.
